Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities may include:

Performing face-to-face assessments and ongoing psychiatric visits with clients of all ages including children, adolescents, and adults.

Maintaining current patient records in order to clearly state problems, plans, actions, goals, and changes as they occur.

Instructing client caregivers.

Managing client medications.

Requirements for this position include:

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.

PMHNP license required.

Experience in psychiatric, mental, and behavioral health services.

Outpatient and tele-psychiatry experience is preferred.

Willingness to work with a variety of ages including children/adolescents.

Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
