Wellspring – Counseling Intern

Position Summary

Well Spring Counseling fulfills requirements for master’s level counseling or social work internship programs.

• Assist with client intake and referral process by providing prompt and personable service for prospective clients
• Assist with office administrative responsibilities as needed to ensure that the practice runs smoothly
• Meet with clients directly
• Participate in weekly supervision meetings to receive guidance and feedback

Because the overriding religious purpose and mission of Central Ohio Youth for Christ is to communicate and introduce the Gospel of Jesus Christ to young people and their families, and in that regard to make, educate and encourage life‑long disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ, it is very important that you as an employee in the movement of Youth for Christ be recognized as an associate minister of the Gospel.
