Overview
Columbus Landmarks Foundation (CLF) seeks a dynamic, mission-driven Chief Executive Officer to lead the organization to its next phase of preservation impact, financial sustainability, and organizational growth. The CEO serves as CLF’s principal executive and external representative, partnering with an engaged Board to advance historic preservation, strengthen revenue, and build internal capacity.
Ideal CandidateThe Ideal Candidate Will Have Many of the Following:
- 7-10+ years of senior nonprofit leadership experience
- Proven success in fundraising and relationship-based development
- Strong strategic, people, and operational leadership skills
- Confident communicator with boards, donors, members, and civic leaders
- Passion for preservation, place-based work, or mission-driven organizations administration, business preservation, or a related field
- Knowledge of historic preservation, advocacy, or place-based organizations
- Experience leading organizations through growth and transition
- Master’s degree (MA/MS) in nonprofit management, public, or similar experience
Salary range: $80,000-$95,000, along with a healthcare stipend of $7,000
annually in lieu of traditional healthcare benefits
