Specialist - Marketing Management

Join a fast-moving, highly collaborative marketing team driving growth and engagement across Nationwide’s Retirement Solutions business. As a Marketing Management Specialist, you’ll help shape go-to-market strategies, elevate Plan Sponsor experiences, and bring innovative product and digital solutions to life for some of the largest retirement programs in the U.S. This role is perfect for a strategic storyteller who loves simplifying complex topics, managing impactful campaigns, and partnering across the organization to deliver measurable results that make a real difference in the financial futures of retirement plan participants.  

The Retirement Solutions Retention Marketing team collaborates closely with our business partners to grow and retain plan and participant assets. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team and work alongside our business partners to drive awareness and adoption of our full suite of product and digital experiences. In this role, you will develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive awareness, consideration, and action for our Plan Sponsors in alignment with business goals.
