What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Analyze paid social media performance across platforms, focusing on forecasting, efficiency, outcomes, and trends
  • Produce performance reports for executive and cross-functional audiences using in-platform reporting
  • Develop and maintain standardized reporting, dashboards, and templates for clear performance communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate data collection and alignment on KPIs
  • Create and manage a testing calendar, including the development of testing frameworks and recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on Business
  • At least 3+ years of hands‑on experience in managing paid social campaigns
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics (Meta, Linked In, Snapchat, Pinterest, Tik Tok, etc.)
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Advanced communication and writing skills
