We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns that strengthen brand visibility and support business growth within the staffing industry. This role is responsible for shaping and maintaining a strong public image while promoting the organization’s mission, services, and value proposition to clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.

The Marketing Manager will oversee the creation and distribution of compelling marketing and communication materials across digital and print channels, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development and production of marketing and communication materials from concept through completion, including digital and print assets.
  • Ensure all marketing materials present a clear, consistent, and positive brand image.
  • Plan, create, and distribute original promotional content, including articles, press releases, email campaigns, blogs, and social media posts.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and staffing industry trends.
  • Promote and attend special events, corporate initiatives, milestones, and community involvement activities.
  • Coordinate photography and media coverage for events and organizational announcements.
  • Communicate updates related to new services, achievements, projects, and internal milestones such as new hires and promotions.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and desktop publishing or marketing software.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, strategize, and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Willingness to stay informed on staffing industry trends and innovations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in marketing, communications, publications, or a related field.
  • Ability to work for extended periods at a desk and on a computer.
