- Coordinates closely with the Communications Committee, leveraging all available marketing, design, and public relations resources for RMHC's benefit, while ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
- Experience in a Nonprofit environment, preferred.
- Three years of management preferred.
Acts as a strategic counsel for defined areas across the hospital and develops and implements data-driven marketing and communication strategies, leveraging insights to execute and optimize campaigns.
Job Description Essential Functions- Leads cross-functional marketing and communication teams with campaigns and special initiatives driven by service line business priorities.
- Monitors and reports on campaign performance, identifying and tracking key performance metrics to measure the success of efforts.
- Establishes trusted relationships across assigned areas as a strategic marketing counsel.
- Makes recommendations for strategic optimization and adjustments as needed.
- Collaborates with key stakeholders to compile, analyze, and interpret data. Ensures data integrity, security, and accessibility.
- Participates in market and brand research to identify target audiences and develop strategies.
- Stays up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing and communication strategies.
