Marketing Administrator duties include developing and implementing social media strategies, coordinating marketing projects, and supporting outreach and partnerships. Tourism Ohio, within the Ohio Department of Development, is hiring to market Ohio as a premier place to explore, start a family, pursue education, do business, and live your best life.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement social media strategies and content to promote Tourism Ohio.
- Manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders to support program performance.
- Coordinate marketing projects and deliverables across internal teams and external partners.
- Plan and execute major events and activations, including Ohio Tourism Day.
- Organize and manage partner content submissions for campaigns, publications, and promotions.
- Provide communications and logistical support for advocacy outreach and advisory board activities.
- Support research efforts, including procurement of county-level economic impact data and vendor coordination.
- Serve as liaison to industry partners, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
- Uphold the Department of Development’s customer service standards.
