You’ll support key marketing and business development initiatives while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, creative environment.

What you’ll do:

• Proposal & Content Development
  • Assist in developing proposals, presentations, and marketing projects
  • Prepare proposals and qualification packages by identifying requirements, deadlines, and drafting narratives
  • Design and produce brochures, flyers, award submittals, and client presentations
• Branding & Marketing Strategy
  • Maintain and execute marketing strategies aligned with the Danis brand
  • Ensure all materials align with brand standards and project goals
  • Oversee project site signage, photography, video, scripting, events, and press releases
• Social Media & Community Engagement
  • Support Constructing Hope initiatives by recruiting and engaging employees for volunteer programs
  • Collect and create photography and content for Danis’ social media channels
  • Assist with social media planning and execution for regional marketing
• Event & Industry Involvement
  • Represent Danis at industry events, client meetings, and internal functions
  • Collaborate on regional marketing efforts that align with strategic goals
  • Provide support for ad hoc marketing requests and initiatives

• 2-5 years of marketing or communications experience (we value creativity, passion, and willingness to learn)
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (required—you’ll use it daily)
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• AEC Marketing Experience is a plus

• Office‑based role with occasional travel to project sites or meetings
