Marketing Specialist

Base pay range: $58,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

The Marketing Specialist will support the marketing department in strengthening and promoting the Surge Staffing brand and services. This role is responsible for developing and distributing effective marketing content across multiple channels, supporting brand presence through innovative promotions, integrated marketing campaigns, and events. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure marketing initiatives align with and support sales objectives, while using data and analytics to monitor performance and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

• Support the development and execution of branding, marketing materials, and advertising campaigns across digital, print, and social channels.
• Ensure consistent and effective brand representation across all marketing assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver marketing initiatives and materials.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create, edit, and manage marketing content across multiple platforms.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and events, and evaluate performance against objectives.
• Strengthen client and partner relationships through targeted marketing initiatives.
• Provide marketing support and materials to enable sales and business growth.

• 1-3 years' of marketing experience.
• BS/BA in Marketing, Graphic Design or a related field of study.
• Experience in using Adobe Creative Cloud, focus in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience with Social Media Marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail.
• Must be able to multi-task and work on various projects at once.
• Strong prioritization and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and content management systems a plus but not required.
• Ability to work both independently and as a team.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgement.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
