We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Associate to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand's visibility and reputation through strategic communication and media relations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience while maintaining a consistent brand voice across various platforms.

• Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive public relations strategies.
• Coordinate and execute media outreach activities, including writing and distributing press releases.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness.
• Support the planning and execution of special events and promotional activities.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms and company newsletters.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and community stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in public relations, journalism, or communications.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
