• Essential Tasks & Responsibilities:
  Work closely with Lead Technician Trainer for learning and understanding of the extrusion process.
• Peel and grind returns.
• Learn to operate all Quality Assurance equipment and understand the purpose and function of each device.
• Learn to read and understand the schedule and the narratives it contains to ensure a quality product is produced that meets customer expectations.
• Learn to follow and understand product specifications.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations set forth by Plaskolite.
• Complete all projects and duties as assigned.
• Understand how your job impacts the Quality management syste

• Must possess math skills for working with and converting fractions and decimals, and for multiplying and dividing
• Must have excellent attendance and work records
• Must have mastered the roll of Extrusion Technician or have similar experience from previous places of employment
• Must have a good mechanical aptitude – hydraulics, mechanics, equipment operations
• Must have leadership qualities
• High school education preferred
• Must possess a sound composure
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary or required
