This is a full-time on-site Forklift Operator role based in Columbus, OH. The Forklift Operator will be responsible for daily tasks such as receiving and shipping goods, unloading shipments, and ensuring proper placement of materials in storage. Responsibilities also include the efficient handling, packing, and transportation of materials within the facility using forklifts while adhering to safety protocols and operational standards.
The role may involve working collaboratively with other team members to maintain workplace organization and productivity.
- Proficiency in Forklift Operation and Material Handling
- Experience in Shipping & Receiving processes
- Skills in Unloading and Packing goods efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Attention to safety protocols and detail-oriented work practices
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as part of the role
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
