Pay: $26.87/hour and $2/hour Shift Premium

Shift: 2nd

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Afternoon)

The Stockroom Clerk is responsible for managing inventory and stockroom operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment using SAP for inventory tracking.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in a stockroom or inventory‑related position
• Proficiency with software systems, including MS Office and e‑mail

• Perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
• Frequent lifting/carrying (10–50 lbs) and pushing/pulling (50–300 lbs)
• Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, handling, and gripping
• Work at elevated heights, climb stairs, lean over equipment, and operate in confined spaces
• Stand and work on feet for extended periods, with shifts lasting 12 hours
• Work in hot, cold, and wet conditions
• Proficiency in understanding, communicating, reading, and writing in English

• Technical degree or certification
• Strong working knowledge of SAP
• Experience in a manufacturing environment

• Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP to process stock movements, transfers, and adjustments
• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and parts
• Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure stock accuracy
• Identify, resolve, and troubleshoot inventory discrepancies promptly
• Ensure proper labeling and organized storage of stockroom items
• Adhere to safety and quality standards related to inventory management
• Facilitate transfer of items between the warehouse and the stockroom
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the stockroom area
• Handle any ad hoc requests as requested

• Pay: $26.87/hour
• Shift Premium: $2/hour
