**** Overview
* * Rogue Fitness is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing Operations team in Columbus, OH. The Production Supervisor is a critical frontline leader on the shop floor, ensuring our teams operate safely, efficiently, and at the world-class quality level that is our standard**.
**** Responsibilities
* ** Directly supervise a department of operators, assemblers, and/or other manufacturing roles, delivering training, performance management, and fostering a culture of accountability
* Manage the daily production schedule and delegate responsibilities to meet aggressive targets without compromising on quality
* Maintain a deep understanding of Rogue product lines and company policies and procedures
* Effectively use Google Spreadsheets, MRP/ERP software, and Rogue internal applications to track, analyze, and report on production metrics
* Utilize Workday for timekeeping, training, performance evaluations, and other personnel tasks as needed
* Enforce all company policies and safety regulations to maintain a safe and productive work environment
* Foster a positive and productive team culture, proactively engaging in conflict resolution and promoting high team morale
** Requirements
* ** Minimum of 3+ years in a manufacturing supervisory role
* Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
* Proficiency with various hand and power tools
* Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and spreadsheets
* Ability to lift and move up to 80 lbs and remain standing/active on the operations floor for the duration of a shift
* Flexibility to work overtime (extra hours and/or weekends) as required by production needs
* Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
