New Horizons Baking Company, in operation since 1967, produces ready-to-eat hamburger buns and English muffins for some of the most iconic brands in the country. • Hourly Rate: $22.39/hr (BOE)
• This role is part-time and will work no more than 32 hours weekly.
• Day Shift Hours – confirm schedule and formal hours during interview.
• 90‑day role

The Inventory Parts Support is responsible for helping to maintain the parts room, ensuring accurate inventory, and supporting maintenance operations, organization and labeling of parts and materials.

• Maintain the standard/OEM parts room.
• Conduct daily inventory checks.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the parts room and stocked items.
• Engage with operations to learn the functionality of the parts associated with our production line.

• Ability to read and interpret OEM mechanical prints to identify parts and part numbers.
• Experience with inventory.
• Prior experience in MRO, purchasing, or parts management in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills for working with internal and external customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams.
• Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership over inventory and the crib area.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in the food manufacturing industry (Preferred but not required).
• Other duties as assigned.

Training will be included to master reading OEM mechanical prints.
