This position qualifies for a $1000 hiring bonus if hired and start working by February 1, 2026. The bonus is paid after 90 days of employment.

Rogue is hiring 2nd shift Laser Operators at our Westbelt facility near Hilliard. Laser Operators cut parts for Rogue’s manufactured products using flat lasers and tube lasers.

• Shift: 3 pm - 11 pm (2nd Shift)
• Starting pay: $20-$24.20/hour*
• Pay after 1 year: $24-$29.70/hour*
• Shift differential included for 2nd Shift

• Follow written and verbal work instructions, including part drawings.
• Load/unload materials from machines.
• Separate, stack, and count finished parts.
• Operate power tools and hand tools (sanders, grinders, taps, etc.) to finish products to exact specification.
• Visually inspect parts for cosmetic defects and perform functionality checks.
• Accurately read tape measures, calipers and other measuring devices to ensure product quality.
• Lift and carry parts weighing up to 80lbs.
• Maintain good housekeeping in your work area.
• Work overtime before and after shift, and on Saturdays as needed.
• Team members may be assigned outside of Laser department to assist other areas of the business as needed.

• Proficient in the English language for both written and verbal communication.
• Ability to accurately read measuring devices, including tape measures and calipers.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to safely lift up to 80 pounds and carry up to 80 feet.
• Comfortable working around laser equipment and power tools.
• Capacity to remain standing for 7+ hours a day.
• Strong attention to detail and alertness to quality issues.
