Machine Operator L2 (2nd shift) – Franklin International

Our Construction Building Products division provides the Titebond brand of glues, adhesives, and sealants for use in woodworking and residential/commercial construction.

• Performs filling and packing work assignments and material handling duties to support various operations.
• Chooses appropriate materials to complete a job (e.g., tubes, boxes, labels).
• Sets up equipment and machinery for operation.
• Works with a team to label and package quality adhesives in various size containers that are ready to ship on time to customers.

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Must pass pre‑employment drug screen, physical and background check.
• General mechanical aptitude, machine operating and multi‑tasking experience is a plus.
• Must be able to wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Union membership required after 30 days of employment.

2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM). Initial training will occur during 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM). Occasional overtime may be required.

$25.79 per hour plus a shift differential of $1.75 per hour for 2nd shift. Training hours worked on 1st shift will not include shift differential.
