Overview

Connect Housing Blocks (CHB) is seeking a hands‑on Training Specialist to support training and skill development across our production operations. This role is embedded on the production floor and focused on execution—not management.

This position is ideal for someone with practical construction or manufacturing experience who enjoys working directly with employees, reinforcing best practices, and ensuring consistency across processes.

• Deliver hands‑on, on‑the‑floor training across multiple production and trade areas
• Establish and implement practical training using existing training videos and materials
• Support onboarding and cross‑training of new and existing employees
• Reinforce safety, quality, and standard work practices in real time
• Work closely with supervisors and leads to identify skill gaps and training needs
• Track training completion and provide feedback to support continuous improvement

• 3–5+ years of experience in manufacturing, construction, production, or hands‑on training
• Practical knowledge of at least one trade or production discipline
• Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with hourly employees
• Experience training on the floor in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
• Ability to use existing training materials (videos, SOPs, job aids) effectively
