. Depending on the position and meeting eligibility requirements, the bonus is paid after 90 days of employment.

Rogue is hiring 2nd Shift Robot Weld Operators at our 5th Avenue facility in Columbus, OH. Robot Weld Operators assemble parts for Rogue’s manufactured products using robotic welders.

2nd Shift: 3pm - 11pm

Starting pay $23.10
* Pay increases to $23-$29.70
* after 1 year

* Includes shift differential for 2nd Shift

• Follow written and verbal work instructions, including part drawings

• Load/unload parts into weld fixtures using various types of clamps

• Operate power tools and hand tools (sanders, grinders, chisels etc.) to clean products to exact specification

• Visually inspect parts for cosmetic defects and perform functionality checks

• Accurately read tape measures, calipers and other measuring devices to ensure product quality

• Lift and carry parts weighing up to 80lbs

• Maintain good housekeeping in your work area

• Work overtime before and after shift, and on Saturdays as needed

• Team Members may be assigned outside of weld department to assist other areas of the business as needed

• Must be proficient in the English language for both written and verbal communication

• Must be able to accurately read measuring devices, including tape measures and calipers

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

• Ability to safely lift up to 80 pounds and carry up to 80 feet

• Must be comfortable working around welding equipment and power tools

• Must be able to remain standing for 7+ hours a day

• Ability to work near high temperature equipment and materials

• Strong attention to detail and must be alert to quality issues
