We currently serve over 2,000 quick‑service restaurants across Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, and Western Pennsylvania, as well as national retail and sandwich makers.

Starting pay: $22.16 per hour, paid weekly (the starting rate may vary by role).
Shift options – 12‑hour days:
Days (6:30 am – 6:30 pm) or Nights (6:30 pm – 6:30 am).

- Perform all Product Packer, Indexer Operator, and Pull‑away responsibilities when the primary operator is unavailable.
- Ensure all products are coded and properly bagged according to specifications.
- Slice/fork and bag finished product to meet quality standards.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
- Ensure each unit is coded and properly bagged before shipping.
- Maintain proper count for shipping and packaging quantity per case/basket.
- Keep tray washer stocked and functional.
- Remove non‑quality product from line; reset or un‑jam equipment.
- Perform run‑off and re‑wrap product as needed.
- Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices at all times.
- Inspect equipment for sanitary conditions before starting.
- Index line for non‑standard product and uneven distribution.
- Conduct SPC checks and hourly quality checks.
- Handle variety changeovers, clear pack‑stack when backed up, and maintain clean work area.
- Perform all GMP and safety practices.
- Transport empty trays to wash; load/unload trailers.
- Correct jams in auto‑stacker; operate and adjust auto‑stacker.
- Assist with hand‑stacking trays and maintain clean, sanitary work area.
- Track stacks on tally sheet and ensure proper shipping count.
- Ensure correct coding on each package and proper bagging.
- Comprehend and complete required forms accurately.
- Report and take corrective action to prevent food safety or quality issues.
- Follow Food Safety and Quality Manual to support GFSI compliance and third‑party audits.
- Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Standing for up to 8 hours a day.
- Effective communication with coworkers.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions promptly.
