Responsibilities- Inspect garments for stains, tears, and other defects to ensure quality standards are met
- Sort, fold, and tag garments as part of the production process
- Operate within a fast-paced production line, maintaining efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adapt to changing workflows and priorities as needed
- Communicate issues or concerns to supervisors promptly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred, but not required
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or garment care is a plus
- Ability to stand, move, and be on your feet for the entire shift
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently
- Teamwork and strong communication skills
- Basic proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Flexibility to adapt to changing workflows and priorities
- Reliable transportation to and from work
$16.00–$17.00 per hour
, based on experience and qualifications.
- No nights or weekends
