Supervise daily activities of Lane Ambassadors and Maintenance staff in the parking department to ensure compliance to expectations;
Provide leadership and team building, communicates policies and operational information, and works to ensure safety;
Promotes positive customer relations by being responsive and attentive to customer needs;
Assists the Parking Coordinator with reviewing shift paperwork, auditing, and compilation of operating management reports;
Monitors cashier revenue reconciliation noting any deficiency as per department policy
