Position Overview
D&D Policy Works is seeking a driven and highly organized Project Manager who thrives on turning vision into action. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple moving pieces, coordinating strong teams, and ensuring that initiatives are executed with excellence and accountability. We are looking for a collaborative team player who communicates clearly, takes ownership of results, and can confidently work with partners and stakeholders while representing DDPW with professionalism.

This role oversees multiple active community and policy initiatives. The Project Manager ensures initiatives are clearly planned, properly staffed, executed with excellence, and tracked with accountability while maintaining strong communication with internal teams and external partners.
Required Experience & Skills
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with partners or stakeholders
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Experience coordinating teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft
- Proficiency in project management tools such as , Smartsheet, or similar platforms ( preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
