What will you be doing? Project Leadership

• Provideoverallleadership,direction,andmanagementforassignedprojects.
• Actastheprimarypointofcontactwiththeclient,consultants,and contractors.
• Defineprojectobjectives,success criteria,anddeliverystrategies.

• Overseefeasibilitystudies,project planning,scheduling,and resourcing.
• Ensureallprojectphases(design,procurement,construction,handover) areeffectivelymanaged.
• Monitorprogressandimplementcorrectiveactionswhereneeded.

• Manageprojectbudgets,forecasts,andcostcontrolmeasures.
• Overseecontractadministrationandclaimsmanagement.
• Ensurefinancialtargetsandprofitabilityareachieved.

• Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithclients,consultants,contractors,and authorities.
• Chairprojectmeetings,providingclearcommunicationofgoals,progress,andissues.
• Resolveconflictsandprovidesolutionstoensuresmoothdelivery.

• Identifyandmitigateprojectrisksthroughoutthelifecycle.
• Driveadherencetoqualitystandards,building codes,andregulatorycompliance.
• Promoteandenforcehealth,safety,andenvironmentalrequirements.

• Lead,mentor,anddevelopprojectteamsincludingprojectmanagers,engineers,andsupportstaff.
• Fosteracollaborativeandperformance-driven culture.
• Allocateresourceseffectivelytomaximizeefficiency.

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  .
  Professional certifications (PMP, MRICS, MCIOB, PE, etc.) preferred.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in projectmanagementwithintheconstructionindustry,withatleast5yearsinaleadershipcapacity.
• Proventrackrecord of delivering large-scale, complex projects (e.g., commercial, data centres, infrastructure, healthcare, hospitality, or mixed-use developments).
• Strongcommercialacumen,contractual knowledge,andfinancialmanagementskills.
• Excellent leadership,negotiation,andcommunicationskills.
