Our client is seeking a Dairy Technical Consultant to partner with progressive dairy producers across the U.S. This is a high-impact, field-based role working alongside Sales Consultants to deliver on-farm training, implement performance KPIs, and conduct detailed operational audits that drive measurable results.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience managing large-scale dairy farms
• Strong hands-on production background
• Deep understanding of:
  • TMR management
  • Feed efficiency strategies
  • Herd health and performance metrics
  • Dairy financial drivers and profitability analysis
• Ability to perform detailed audits and translate data into actionable recommendations
• Bilingual (Spanish/English strongly preferred)
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and educate producers

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive base salary: $70,000-$120,000 (based on experience)
