Warehouse Lead- $25-27/hr

The Warehouse Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing daily logistics operations. This position requires directing staff, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and meeting shipping and receiving goals. The Warehouse Lead serves as a liaison between management and floor staff, actively troubleshooting issues, training new hires, and operating equipment to maintain efficient and accurate workflows.

• Oversee daily logistics operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Direct and manage staff activities to meet shipping and receiving goals.
• Manage inventory and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Act as a bridge between management and floor staff, addressing any issues that arise.
• Train new hires to ensure they are equipped with necessary skills.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts to support logistical operations.

• Proficiency in inventory control and management.
• Experience in shipping and receiving operations.

This is a Permanent position based out of Columbus, OH.

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $62000.00/yr.
