We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of direct reports and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and complete multiple residential and/or commercial projects simultaneously.
- Serve as the main point of contact throughout the production lifecycle.
- Prepare and implement budgets based on project estimates, ensuring profit margin goals are met.
- Coordinate installations, material deliveries, and inspections.
- Collaborate with fellow project managers and departments to allocate resources such as staff, vendors, subcontractors, and materials.
- Articulate and communicate project workflow accurately based on scope and estimates to customers, staff, and vendors.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Collect payments and closing documents upon project completion.
- Willingness to participate in an on‑call rotation.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the insurance restoration, remodeling, and/or remediation industries is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential remodeling or restoration with knowledge of all trades.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Familiarity with Apple OS is a plus.
- Experience with Xactimate or similar estimating software is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Industry‑specific certifications (Xactimate, IICRC, etc.)
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Office environment with occasional site visits in various weather conditions.
- Combination of sedentary and active tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing.
