Ivy Experiential is seeking a highly organized and efficient Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the company’s day-to-day operational activities. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflows, resource allocation, vendor management, and overall operational efficiency to support the successful delivery of our experiential campaigns and business growth. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a strategic mindset.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement efficient operational processes and workflows across departments.
- Oversee resource allocation, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to ensure optimal utilization.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality service delivery.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage project timelines and budgets from an operational perspective, working closely with project managers.
- Identify and implement technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Oversee office management and administrative functions.
- Collaborate with department heads to address operational challenges and support their needs.
- Contribute to the development of the company's strategic operational goals.
- Manage risk and ensure business continuity.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management, preferably within the marketing, events, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of operational principles and best practices.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
