Construction; Mini-Golf Project Manager

Overview

Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 (DOE). Travel required (including overnight stays as needed).

Location:

Columbus, OH (Onsite Preferred) | Remote / Hybrid Flexibility Available.

This is a full-time opportunity offering flexibility in location (Columbus-based preferred), competitive compensation, and the chance to lead dynamic, hands-on construction initiatives. The role focuses on outdoor construction projects and requires proactive leadership.

• Oversee day-to-day project coordination and execution
• Manage construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Monitor schedules, milestones, and overall project progress
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and key stakeholders
• Proactively resolve issues and maintain project momentum
• Provide budget tracking and financial oversight
• Travel to project sites as required

• Proven experience in Construction Project Management
• Strong project coordination and leadership skills
• Experience managing budgets and financial oversight
• Solid understanding of general construction practices
• Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the leisure industry is a plus
