Wage: $55,000/year + $300 Monthly Vehicle Allowance

About the Role

We're hiring an Operations Supervisor to oversee security operations across multiple client sites. If you're a natural leader with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service, this role puts you right in the center of daily operations and team success.

What You'll Do

* Supervise security officers and Field Supervisors across multiple locations

* Conduct site inspections and ensure post orders are followed

* Build strong client relationships through regular communication and service reviews

* Support new client start-ups and help shape site security plans

* Coach, train, and develop staff; assist with corrective actions when needed

* Manage schedules, staffing, and labor costs to ensure smooth operations

* Review reports, maintain payroll accuracy, and complete required documentation

* Respond to emergencies or incidents as needed

* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements

What We're Looking For

* 1+ year of security operations experience (or equivalent)

* High School Diploma or GED (Associate's Degree preferred)

* Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills

* Ability to plan, organize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment

* Reliable transportation and communication

* Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

* Must pass background check and drug screening

Physical & Work Requirements

* Ability to remain calm during emergencies or high-pressure situations

* Regular driving required

* Occasional walking, bending, kneeling, or lifting up to 25 lbs

* Ability to handle confidential information professionally

* On-call availability for urgent situations
