Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

ADB SAFEGATE is looking for a PMP certified Project Manager to plan, execute, and finalize multiple technical projects within budget and deadline. The role involves coordinating team members, contractors, and consultants, monitoring financial performance, and potentially traveling up to 40% of the time for project requirements.

• Manage project lifecycle from quote to customer acceptance
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Manage project scope, risks, and stakeholder communication
• Assist with bid preparation and estimation of resources
• Oversee design, testing, and validation phases
• Develop training programs and conduct presentations
• Perform administrative tasks and manage project goals
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to project team members

• Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering (EE) or Electrical Engineering Technology (EET) or equivalent degree
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Pass required BCI and FBI Background Check
• 2-4 years of related experience, including project management
• PMP Certification
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of airfield lighting industry, FAA, ICAO, and CE/EMC/IEC standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project

• Office environment with occasional travel to customer locations or construction job sites
• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, fumes, airborne particles, electrical shock risk, and noise levels
