Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $52,000.00/yr

• Lead and supervise a group of CX Specialists to deliver an inspiring and unique customer experience.
• Think entrepreneurially, continuously innovating and driving positive change to influence and shape Fortuity’s culture.
• Create and sustain an environment that motivates high performance, recognizing and rewarding excellence in individuals and teams, and delivering results through sound decision making and problem solving.

• 3+ years of customer service supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication skills, coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Team player, self-starter with sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
