Overview

We’re seeking a proven sales leader to drive significant growth in inspection services, using inspections as a launch point for recurring revenue, expanded service lines, and capital project opportunities. The CISL will lead our IMA team, develop talent, implement strategic plans, and deliver measurable sales results. Winning requires coaching skill, goal focus, change leadership, strategic vision, conflict resolution, talent assessment, and self-awareness
.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and mentor inspection sales representatives across multiple offices.
  • Set territories, high-but-attainable quotas, and strategic business plans.
  • Coach reps on sales techniques, pipeline management, and deal closing.
  • Champion change initiatives, driving adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Partner with local leadership for strong operational collaboration.
  • Track sales metrics, trends, and CRM activity; report results monthly.
  • Travel regularly for hiring, training, ride‑alongs, and client visits.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record in sales leadership with measurable growth achievements.
  • Strong ability to coach and develop others for high performance.
  • Results‑oriented with experience meeting ambitious sales objectives.
  • Change champion with experience leading multi‑office initiatives.
  • Strategic thinker with market expansion expertise.
  • Skilled at managing conflict and leveraging team strengths.
  • High self‑awareness and emotional intelligence.
  • Service or inspection industry experience preferred.
  • CRM proficiency, data‑driven decision‑making skills, and excellent communication abilities.
