OverviewThe ultimate mission of this role is to drive market share growth and guest satisfaction for Crestline Hotels & Resorts, a premium brand known for being a great workplace.
KeyDuties & Responsibilities
- Focus on growth of Total Hotel Revenue and positive RevPAR Index Change Y-o-Y.
- Execute sales processes to contract group business and secure corporate negotiated rate accounts.
- Champion the hotel’s Business Plan and ensure alignment with General Manager and other leaders.
- Understand the hotel’s Comp Set and provide recommendations to field staff and management.
- Staff optimization: ensure new and current sales staff understand mission and have tools to execute.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders including hotel ownership, field, and corporate staff.
- High School Graduate or GED with 3‑5 years equivalent work experience; passion for hotel sales and hunter mentality.
- Strong understanding of hotel sales and Comp Sets with a proven track record.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills: effective email communication and spreadsheet/database analysis.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience with premium‑branded hotels, Select, Focused, or Extended stays.
- Delphi experience for Hilton/Marriott or Envision for Crestline’s Hyatt hotels.

Pay range: $75,000 to $80,000 (base pay depends on skills, qualifications, experience). Hotel experience required.
