Senior Manager, Strategic Planning

Motherson Yachiyo AY Manufacturing, Ltd., a Tier 1 sunroof supplier to the automotive industry, is seeking an experienced, detail-driven Strategic Senior Manager of Supply Chain & Finance to join our dynamic and fast-paced team.

You will lead financial and supply chain planning to drive strategic decision making across the company by aligning operations with financial goals. Translate strategy into measurable goals by linking financial condition to operations characteristics.

This role will provide high level financial and analytical support to bridge long term strategy with day-to-day operations to ensure business growth, supply chain optimization, and capital investment planning. This role will interact with plant leadership and lead strategic planning initiatives for the facility including ERP system improvement.

• 1. Lead and define strategy to the supply planning and financial teams to optimize inventory, cost, logistics.
• 2. High attitude for key financial metrics such as ROCE, EBIT, and cash flow management
• 3. Lead capital planning, and long-term profit planning process
• 4. Establish financial analysis and define key performance indicators to measure effectiveness for long term planning projects
• 5. Cross functional collaboration by aligning strategic initiatives within all departments of organization.
• 6. Lead, develop and mentor a team of accounting and materials personnel to foster collaboration and drive continuous improvement.
• 7. Preparation of executive level presentations, financial reporting, and performance improvement projects.
• 8. Establish and support executive team with yearly business planning process.
• 9. Ensure business plans are in line with long- and intermediate-term company directives.
• 10. Responsible for organizations’ overall financial compliance
• 11. Maintain confidential information.
• 12. Other tasks as required by Executive Management.
