The Big TaskAs the HVAC Sales Manager, you will own the residential sales performance of the Columbus territory. You’ll lead a strong team, optimize the sales process, and drive consistent results through mentorship, structure, and innovation.

- HVAC industry experience preferred, but not required
- Management + Sales experience is required
- You lead with accountability, coaching, positivity, and results

- You hold a valid Driver's license

WhatYou’ll Do
- Champion and promote the brand by exemplifying our Core Values
- Conduct 11 coaching sessions with each salesperson, increasing in frequency as needed
- Lead high-energy weekly sales meetings focused on goals, alignment, and execution
- Perform regular observational sessions for hands-on coaching, support, and development
- Track daily sales performance and take action to meet or exceed goals
- Manage call-by-call oversight to ensure the right person is on the right job
- Implement team-building activities to encourage engagement, collaboration, and a positive culture
- Hold team members accountable to standards, policies, and performance expectations
- Partner with Dispatch to optimize call flow and customer experience
- Handle escalated customer situations that require personalized attention
- Report daily performance metrics during scheduled calls
- Participate in continuous leadership and sales development
