A nationally recognized mechanical contractor is seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead a long-term healthcare construction project in Ohio. This role offers an opportunity to manage high-profile hospital projects, oversee multi-million-dollar budgets, and work alongside a collaborative, expert team in mission-critical environments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead large-scale healthcare mechanical projects from planning through final completion
- Manage budgets, schedules, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project engineers and field teams
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and healthcare-specific construction standards
- 8–10+ years of project management experience in mechanical construction (MEP/HVAC focus)
- Proven experience on large healthcare, hospital, or mission-critical projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Ability to travel nationally and manage long-term assignments effectively
- Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project) preferred
- Base salary $120,000 – $160,000, depending on experience
- Performance-based bonus program (~20%)
