💰 Compensation: $120,000 – $160,000 base + performance bonus + full benefits

National travel required; flights home every other weekend provided

A nationally recognized mechanical contractor is seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead a long-term healthcare construction project in Ohio. This role offers an opportunity to manage high-profile hospital projects, oversee multi-million-dollar budgets, and work alongside a collaborative, expert team in mission-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead large-scale healthcare mechanical projects from planning through final completion
  • Manage budgets, schedules, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project engineers and field teams
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and healthcare-specific construction standards
Qualifications
  • 8–10+ years of project management experience in mechanical construction (MEP/HVAC focus)
  • Proven experience on large healthcare, hospital, or mission-critical projects
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Ability to travel nationally and manage long-term assignments effectively
  • Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project) preferred
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary $120,000 – $160,000, depending on experience
