Marketing & Rev Ops Project Manager
Brought to you by The WFS Group.
Base pay range $72,000.00 – $ per year.
Role Overview
Responsible for ensuring WFS’s revenue infrastructure is built, integrated, and executed on time and within capacity. The Project Manager works directly with the COO and CEO to translate strategic priorities into actionable work streams, visual roadmaps, and detailed project plans. This is a roadmap‑driven, executive‑facing role that drives complex, multi‑week initiatives across funnels, CRM systems, revenue tech stack integrations, and account onboarding.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Account Onboarding & Integration Planning
Manage project maps and plans for account onboarding, track dependencies, risks, and constraints during high‑intensity periods, and ensure clean execution across multiple weeks or months. - Executive Project Management & Strategy Execution
Partner directly with the COO and CEO on quarterly strategic planning, break initiatives into work streams, translate these into detailed task‑level plans, and drive the execution roadmap across Rev Ops and adjacent teams. - Rev Ops Project Intake & Capacity Management
Serve as the central Project Manager for Rev Ops requests, facilitate prioritization and sequencing of initiatives, control WPMs, balance short‑term execution with long‑term strategy, and ensure teams work on the right things at the right time. - Project Systems & Visualization
Own and maintain project management tooling (Click Up or Asana), build Gantt charts, timelines, and visual roadmaps, and continuously improve project planning standards and visibility.
- Experience as an Executive Project Manager, Senior PM, or Program Manager.
- Direct support to a COO or executive leadership in an 8‑figure (or larger) business.
- Proven ability in complex initiatives within high‑intensity, high‑growth, sales‑led environments.
- Advanced project management skills in resource allocation, capacity planning, and dependency identification.
- Exceptional at breaking initiatives from strategy to milestones to tasks.
- Hands‑on experience with Click Up or Asana & a strong visual planning toolkit (Gantt charts, roadmaps).
- Comfortable managing capacity, not just checklists, and comfortable in executive conversations.
- Desire to shape and drive the roadmap, not merely follow it.
- You thrive in onboarding intensity and can work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with the CEO, COO, and Director of Sales Operations.
- You can navigate ambiguity, manage trade‑offs, and restore order when execution gets messy.
- You are not a sales expert, but you know how to translate strategy into actionable, executable plans.
- Job Type: Full‑time
- Work Location:
Remote - Salary: $72,000.00 – $ per year
- Bonus opportunities, commission pay, uncapped commission
- Schedule:
Monday to Friday
