Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a Columbus, OH client to help them search and qualify candidates for their Safety Director position. Our client has been in the general contracting, design build and construction management business for over 60 years. They are an established company managing fast growth, and they pride themselves on employee longevity and upward mobility.

• Develop and implement safety and inspection policies opnieuw procedures
• Create a culture of safety through leadership
• Analyze strengths and weaknesses and make changes to ensure health and safety of all
• Lead incident investigations
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Successfully managing projects on time and on budget

• 5 years of quality control management experience Police
• Background in commercial construction
• 4-year degree in construction management or equivalent experience
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with site personnel, administration, and customers

Salary Range: 100-120K
