As the Vice President, Product Portfolio Manager in Trust & Security, you are responsible for driving strategic planning and creating frameworks for optimizing the Trust and Security book of work. This role involves developing comprehensive 6-quarter roadmaps, building and enhancing planning processes, and facilitating informed decision-making. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Portfolio-aligned Product Portfolio Owners (PPOs) and Finance partners, to drive annual initiative planning and budget capacity processes.
Jobresponsibilities
- Develop 6-quarter roadmap of Trust & Security priorities by theme to improve planning, drive transparency and support trade-off decisioning
- Partner closely with Product Owners, Technology Leads, Design Leads and Data Owners to manage product portfolio priorities, capacity, dependencies, risks, and performance metrics
- Create and implement new frameworks to improve planning, track metrics, and improve overall Portfolio outcomes
- Communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders, providing updates on portfolio performance and strategic initiatives
- Drive annual budget and capacity planning process in partnership with Finance
- Manage the quarterly discovery and delivery planning process including agenda creation, material management, meeting notes and action items
- Maintain and update 1-N priority list including new requests received through bi-weekly Intake review. Oversee product priorities, key initiative status, capacity plans, co-supplier dependencies, risks, and performance metrics
- 7+ years of experience in product management, business management, agile methodology, and/or program management
- Proven experience delivering timely, high-quality executive communications, presentations, and reporting. Attention to detail with continuous focus on design excellence
- Demonstrated ability in dealing with different stakeholder groups and driving the agenda
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with ability to establish trust and lead by influence
- Demonstrated ability to lead and implement change in a fast paced, complex environment
- Advanced level ability expected in all Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Confluence and Jira
- Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work with high degree of independence
