About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Director of Client Relations to lead growth efforts across our statewide operations. In this high‑impact role, you will build strong relationships with referral sources, clients, and community stakeholders while identifying opportunities to expand our reach and strengthen our market position. Your leadership will directly influence how we attract, engage, and retain clients while supporting long‑term strategic growth.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Drive Growth & Market Expansion
Build and maintain strong partnerships with state placement authorities, case managers, and referral sources. Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand services across the state. - Lead Client Placement & Onboarding
Oversee referral management, assessments, and placement activities. Ensure smooth transitions for new clients, including documentation, planning, and support services. - Foster Relationships & Satisfaction
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, families, and stakeholders. Lead initiatives to measure and enhance client and stakeholder satisfaction. - Strategic Leadership
Partner with senior leadership on market development strategies. Lead process improvements that strengthen service delivery and support accreditation standards. - Team Leadership
Oversee hiring, training, and performance management of team members. Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. Prior experience in healthcare, human services, or market development strongly valued. - Skills
Exceptional relationship‐building and communication skills. Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Analytical thinker with problem‑solving mindset. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems. - Other Requirements
Ability to travel frequently (approx. 4 days/week in the field). Comfortable working in both office and community environments.
