With responsibility for building out and running a Global EPMO—overseeing multi-hundred-million-dollar programs, you will shape how the company aligns resources, measures value realization, and executes complex initiatives s is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned leader with a proven track record of managing diverse portfolios, leading large enterprise PMOs, and facilitating organizational change in a fast‑paced, transformative environment.
RequiredSkills
- 10+ years of experience in project or program management within a product development or enterprise environment
- Proven success in building and leading enterprise EPMOs managing multiple $50‑100M+ programs
- Global EPMO experience
- Strong background in portfolio governance, strategic prioritization, and value realization
- Experience with cross‑functional collaboration involving Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Quality, and Marketing
- Skilled in senior‑level executive reporting, KPIs, and scenario modeling tools
- Exceptional communication skills—verbal, visual, and written—to influence at all organizational levels
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and ability to navigate ambiguity
- High sense of ownership, self‑starter, and adept at building from scratch
- Formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, MoP)
- Portfolio management certifications (e.g., MoP) or Agile/Lean Six Sigma certifications
- Experience with digital transformation and portfolio tools integration
- International/global experience in a matrixed organization
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required;
Master’s degree (MBA, M.Eng.) preferred - Prior leadership roles in transformation offices or strategic PMO functions at the VP or senior director level
- Experience managing high‑value, cross‑functional programs in a global context
