We’re looking for a Regional Manager to oversee homebuilding operations across three dynamic markets:
Columbus, Cincinnati, and Dayton

. This is a senior leadership role with significant influence—shaping strategy, driving performance, and leading teams to deliver exceptional homes and experiences.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive Strategy, Deliver Results: Drive strategic planning across multiple divisions, aligning operations with NVR’s long-term vision.
  • Master Land Strategy: Apply your land acquisition expertise to secure the right locations for future growth.
  • Lead Sales Excellence: Set aggressive goals, inspire sales teams, and ensure market share growth.
  • Develop Leaders: Recruit, coach, and mentor high-performing teams—building a culture of accountability and success.
  • Deliver Results: Oversee full P&L responsibility
    , ensuring profitability and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate & Learn: Partner with senior leadership and embrace NVR’s proven systems and processes to accelerate success.

  • Bachelor’s degree required;
    MBA preferred

  • Multi-unit leadership experience with full P&L accountability.
  • Homebuilding experience is a plus
