Location: Columbus, OH
Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr
Are you a natural leader who thrives on inspiring others and building strong relationships? As our Branch Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of branch operations while energizing and empowering your team to achieve their full potential. This isn’t just about running a branch — it’s about shaping culture, driving growth, and creating an environment where employees and clients alike feel supported and valued.
You’ll play a key role in expanding business opportunities, deepening client relationships, and guiding a talented team to new levels of success. We’re looking for someone with resilience, optimism, and a leadership philosophy grounded in empathy — someone who can inspire those around them, adapt through challenges, and bring out the best in every member of the team.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit, train, and develop a diverse staff of technicians, managers, and office personnel.
- Build trust by listening to employees, understanding their motivations, and fostering a culture where people feel valued and inspired to perform at their best.
- Champion new business opportunities while expanding services with current clients.
- Serve as the primary client contact, resolving issues with confidence and ensuring long‑term loyalty.
- Oversee all daily branch operations, including contract management, compliance, and high‑quality service delivery.
- Ensure installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance programs run smoothly and efficiently.
- Own the branch budget and financial results, using KPIs to track progress and exceed goals.
- Balance efficiency with growth, always seeking opportunities to improve outcomes.
- Proven expertise in contract management, including winning, renewing, and managing service agreements.
- A strong record of driving business growth at a mature company — acquiring new clients and expanding services with current partners.
- Skill in change management, team development, and KPI‑driven leadership.
- Experience in building and executing strategic sales plans in a B2B services environment.
- Passion for operational excellence and service delivery in a high‑volume, time‑driven industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facilities Management, or equivalent experience in the service repair industry.
- A relationship‑builder with charisma and confidence.
- Unwavering optimism and resilience when navigating challenges.
- A leadership philosophy grounded in empathy, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- A collaborative, open‑minded approach that values input from every team member.
- Exceptional listening and communication skills, creating a culture where employees feel comfortable sharing ideas.
- Forward‑thinking — focusing less on having all the answers, and more on ensuring every employee feels supported, valued, and included.
