PMWD is the Tuesday–Friday shift. Associates work from 3:45 PM to 2:15 AM. Leaders are expected to arrive 10–15 minutes before the shift starts to prepare associates.

• Manages and drives business objectives; develops and executes plans to achieve results and adapts to change.
• Monitors Warehouse Management system and associated outputs; handles related issues.
• Proactively monitors, communicates and reacts to departmental changes or issues.
• Identifies opportunities for innovation.

• Devotes focused time and energy to establish and maintain relationships with associates.
• Creates an energizing, fun culture by showing appreciation, recognition and positive reinforcement.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of work, school, or community leadership experience.
• Experience leading non’exempt associates.
