Warehouse General Labor

Position Description

Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full Time Warehouse General Labor in Columbus, Ohio.

Warehouse Forklift Operator. Pay: $16.50 per hour. Pay is weekly.

We want the right Warehouse Associate to join us at Ryder and work in the safest supply chain environment with state‑of‑the‑art equipment.

Products being handled:
Food and Beverages.

Equipment:
Pallet Jack.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse experience preferred.

Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.

• Maintaining production and sanitation for the machines.
• Ensure work areas are clean and organized.
• Open cases or cartons and position them for processing either for a machine or manual build.
• Load cases/cartons onto a pallet in a specific order per item specification.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.
• Build displays per pre-set designs.
