Manpower - Asheville Park Drive - Responsibilities:
Monitor the facility to ensure it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained;
Troubleshoot power, HVAC systems, controls, and mechanical systems;
Perform general and preventative maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing, and vendor management;
Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed;
