We are seeking a highly organized and efficient On Site Lead to join our team in Mason, Ohio. As the On Site Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day operations, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining a safe work environment.

• Coordinate and supervise on‑site activities, including worker assignments and task prioritization.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Perform regular building walk‑through's and inspections.
• Providing orientation and oversee the training of new employees.
• Assist Management in writing employee reviews and disciplinary write ups.
• Replenish supplies.
• Maintain and repair equipment.
• Fill in for absent employees.
• Collaborate with upper management to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and incident reports.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize workplace hazards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to on‑site team members, fostering a positive work environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on‑site issues as they arise, taking decisive actions when necessary.

• Monday thru Friday 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm with flexibility to work some weekends if required.
• Rate of Pay $17–$20 per hour. Paid bi‑weekly.

• Proven experience as an On Site Lead in the Facilities Management/Janitorial industry.
• Ability to provide supervision and training of new employees, as well as give daily direction and work lists.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Must be able to work without supervision.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and decision‑making capabilities.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail‑or abilities.
• A sense of urgency to complete tasks.
• Total knowledge of commercial cleaning, hard floor care, carpet care, upholstery cleaning, carpet spotting and window washing.
• Flexibility to work extended hours when required, including weekends and holidays.
