Electrician

Overview

DAY TO DAY:
Most of their work will be reactionary and will involve troubleshooting both mechanical and electrical systems. This person needs to have a strong sense of leadership and communication in order to gel well with the team. The employee will be a front-line supervisor, so they will be working on the line with their direct reports. Duties of this job will include changing out motors, pumps, and gear boxes as well.

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
• Troubleshoot 3-phase equipment
• Change out motors, pumps, and gear boxes
• Lead and supervise on the production line with direct reports
• Interpret blueprints and schematics

• 5-10 years of related experience
• Experience with pneumatic systems
• Testing high and low voltage (up to 480 V)
• Reading blueprints and schematics
